I had several bad falls after my double hip replacements, which changed the configuration of my spine, so that one leg is now longer than the other. D/t this issue, I get SI joint pain on the Left, so I need a lift on the Right foot to even my leg length out. I had just been using the ones the Physical Therapist gave me, which slide around a lot.I was so happy when I tried these JK gel Heel Lifts and couldn't wait to write a review. They are slightly sticky on the back, so stay in place a lot better. They have a tiny bit of "give" to them, which puts a spring in my step. I bought 3 packs of this heel lift, so I could leave them in my shoes and not have to change them out all the time. Happily, they even stay in place with Sandals on. They also make the foot surgery I had on my right foot, feel better. My gait is now natural again. My back no longer hurts d/t uneven leg length, and I can wear sandals again this summer! They are clear, comfortable and sold at a fair price. I highly recommend these orthotic shoe inserts. The are exactly what I have been looking for.

I recently broke a few bones in my foot, including the 5th metatarsal. OUCH!! At the 6 week point it was time to get that foot into a real shoe but I needed A LOT of cushion and support.These gel heel lifts are super comfortable and reduce my foot and heel pain significantly while walking in the shoes. I put them underneath .... Amitataha Shoe Insoles, Memory Foam Insoles, Providing Excellent Shock Absorption and Cushioning for Feet Relief..... This combination of insole and heel lift fit fine in my wide New Balance sneakers AND even with thin socks on!

Fits great in every day shoes. Has a tendency to slip and not as firm as accustomed to with shoe lifts from medical supply company. However, much cheaper than I paid at med supply co.

This helps if legs are off a little to adjust in shoe.

Less pain with both legs same length. Just wish it would stick better.

These work well and are comfortable. I have been wearing daily while walking the grounds of a state fair for a week. The insert has stayed in place and really helped with my length differential. I am ordering a couple more sets to put in other shoes.

Did the job

I have a half inch shorter left leg and it causes severe back pain. I doubled this to make up the difference. It is not perfect but helpful

Easy to adj height

These seem they will do the trick.My ankle bones protrude and thus ride on the sides of most dress shoes. This has been an annoyance of mine for quite some time as I'm ready to spend some coin on shoes but I've been unable to find a pair that are comfortable in this regard (also to the annoyance of the shoe store clerks who spend an hour or more trying to find shoes that work). These lift the heel so that they clear the shoe, thus no more pain. Also the transition to the sole of the shoe is seamless enough that I don't feel it (which would otherwise be a show stopper).These have an adhesive that doesn't dry out or bond like super glue, meaning they can be removed and re-applied (bonus as the shoe trees fit better without them and I can move them to other shoes when needed). Should the adhesive lose their stickiness, they can be rejuvenated by rinsing the gel side under water to clean and restore their adhesive trait.if I were to attempt to find fault, it would be in the size selection department. I would likely have settled for a 1/4" lift as I'm not going for height, simply to alleviate pain, but most heel pads seem to start at 1/2", so I guess I'll have to be happy with being a little taller. Besides that, these seem to be of nice quality, therefore deserving of their asking price.

They move when put your shoes on.

These heal lifts would be better if they extended further under the arch of the foot. I wouldn't buy them again.I bought these to use on one side due to a shorter leg after femur reconstructive surgery. I found a better option and these are now in the spares parts bin.
