Name is a little exaggerated
Like the title says, I feel angry House wife is a little on the over exaggerated side, but don’t let that stop you from purchasing this.Installed on a 2006 Dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7.I had a flowmaster 40 series on this truck since o bought it in 2012, and I have no idea howLong it was on there before I got ahold of it.Few years back I had to replace the fuel pump. In the process of removing my bed, I found the my old muffler had rot in it. So I went ahead and just took it off completely. For about a year I just ran it from the mid pipe, and thought it sounded decent.Mid pipe weld finally gave away, so from the collective back it’s just been that.Drone was horrible, couldn’t hear the person next to you in the cab, ect.Finally decided to go ahead and purchase the “angry house wife”, and needless to say, I’m 100% happy about that decision. Drone is practically nonexistent, sound is nice and throaty. I feel like my 40 series may have been a little bit louder, but I’m ok with that.Now I don’t have to worry about pissing my neighbors off anymore, or my wife not wanting to ride in my truck because the drone would give her headaches.

Very happy with it
Put this on my 2019 Ram with the 5.7 hemi. Sounds very aggressive on the throttle but very mild when cruising. It's got a great and loud tone during cold status, but during warm starts it is very mild and won't scare women and children that are around the truck. Perfect muffler and what exactly what I was looking for.

Should be renamed to slightly annoyed girlfriend.
This is not a loud muffler at all. It`s more like a slightly annoyed girlfriend that whispers a little loud. May be a good muffler but it is NOT as advertised at all. Other than a slight rumble, but not much louder than my factory exhaust. I am very disappointed and feel like it was a waste of money.
