Annie's Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese, Rice Pasta and White Cheddar, 6 oz

It's been so long since I last had good mac-n-cheese, and even longer since I last ate good gluten-free pasta but man... this right here, amazing! I'll for sure be snagging more of them because it's a whole new world!

I think this flavor is much cheesier and better tasting overall than the other classic flavor of Annie’s GF Mac & Cheese. As far as classic, easy Mac & Cheese in a box goes - this GF option can’t be beat!

This is the first GF mac and cheese we have tried. The regular was my daughter's absolute favorite but she can't eat it any more. I followed the directions the first time I made it and it was SUPER mushy. The second time I boiled it for less time and checked it regularly until it seemed normal enough. It was significantly less time than the box says. The cheese power seems to be the same as the regular kind so that's good!

Good, creamy mac and cheese and NO GLUTEN!!! For those who feel as if there is nothing good in being gluten free, despair no more! Feel good about what you eat, and enjoy it too!

This one is made with powdered cheese. It is better than the Kraft gluten free Mac and cheese, but the live G Free brand from Aldi is much better.

My kids love this stuff! The cooking directions say WAY longer than necessary, but if you taste the pasta, go with al dente (or perfectly cooked, since it's GF), add extra butter... it's magic.I have a celiac girl, and the whole family will eat this if I do it right.
