Being that it is a beginners kit, you would think the manufacturer would provide a parts list and instructions on how to use.

Looks good and comes with everything you need to get started. We have bees coming in may, so I will update once they get settled in.

I had to update my review, when I had on my bee suit some whe some Aggressive bee's Attack me the zipper came undone and got in My suit and I got Stung several times it was not a good experience for me There's supposed to be a clip at the end of the zipper to keep it from coming undone this zipper does not have it

My husband has assembled and loves it. Seems sturdy. Has ordered bees and ready to try it out!

Very Poor Quality Frames.

Another item with poor packaging. No visible damage on the outside, but completely broken on one corner...could I have glued it, YES...but why send a defective item to begin with?

We have the NuBee 10 Frame Starter Beehive Kit and when it came time to expand the box we went direct to Galena Farms to make sure we bought one that was the same size and look. We were told which one to buy. The NuBee 10 Frame Starter Beehive Kit is of course painted white, and the website said the one I was ordering was assembled and painted white, plus customer service told me which one to order and I did.When the boxes arrived neither of them were painted white. I contacted Galena Farms and was told i cannot call in, they cannot call me and can only communicate through email. I was basically told they are out of stock on the painted units, i got an assembled un painted unit and that is all they have. I asked for a small credit based on the 2 boxes I purchased and was told that was not an option. I asked for a supervisor to call or email me and i was told that wasnt an option either.The box seems fine and it seems like too much hassle to return it just cause it isnt painted. I would have liked it to match but the bees certainly wont notice.Just dont expect good customer service from this company, they just dont offer that.
