Not sure exactly your question. Yes there are beveled washers that go on the bolts Before the brackets.

Q: Does this block the spray nozzles

It does not. You might get a little spray on the light bar, but not of any consequence.

Q: Can I get just the beveled washers?

This doesn’t come with beveled washers, I used the spacer bracket with the adjustment notch’s and cut them off so they didn’t stick out.

Q: Missing very important info. May sell more of these if we knew what size light bar to get with it.
