Works Great!
These are great cash counters! I would also like to point out that Semacon has fantastic customer service. We have purchased a couple of these and one didn't work as well as the others had. It stopped a lot when counting bills. One of our employees reached out to Semacon to see if they could help. Turns out the counter just needed a little adjusting and the rep walked our employee through the steps needed and even called a week or two later to make sure things were still working great! It was a WOW moment for us, because we weren't anticipating such an each and helpful solution. We're ready to replace another counter and immediately knew we were reordering this machine!

Works very well after some initial problems
I had a little trouble when I first used it. It would jam, and also rip and damage some bills. Two of them I had to trash because they were so badly damaged. That was when I was using the medium speed setting. When I switched to the high speed, I didn't have that problem again, even with old, worn bills.

Don't waste your money
I purchased two of these machines 7 months ago. One of them never counted bills correctly without getting jammed etc. regardless of how many times I attempted to adjust it and now the number buttons on the other one have stopped working and you can't enter the number of bills to count at each interval.
