My wife used Aleve a long time ago, but didn't like the sodium content. It make her hold water. But then she found the benefits of this product. The benefits out weigh any water retention what so ever. She had a terrible knee problem and could not climb the stairs in the house. She began taking an expensive med. When we just could not afford that expensve any longer, she turned to Aleve. Now she has me hooked on Aleve as well. What a great product! But listen and read the directions. It may state to take one tablet 3-4 times a day. But if you watch the TV commercials, they will show that someone with pain will take two Aleve in the morning for joint pain and be fine all day. It's true. Two is better than one. We have a bottle in the computer room, bedroom and kitchen. We never take Aleve without having the pain first. But this product actually works. She also has special meds for her back pain. We are lucky if those work half the time. But Aleve, no guessing involved.
