I was excited to use this item. My excitement drained away the first time I tried to use it however. Both cups are not deep enough to hold even a small 8 oz bottle of water securely. The rotating cup would be deep enough if not for the ridiculous narrowing of the cup holder half way down making this useless unless you want your drink to fly free when braking or making sharp turns.Great idea but I doubt the designers ever actually tried to use it on the road.Save your money.

This product did not fit in my car and the company will not let you return it. I would not use this company again. The product itself appears that it would be fairly functional if it happened to fit in my car. But since you have no way of knowing if it fits in your car ahead of time and they will let you return it, it would be foolish to buy anything from this company.

This product was a waste of my money. It DID NOT fit in the cup in my truck and the enclosed buffers DID NOT anchor the product. As a result it fell on the floor if anything was put into it.

Total waste.. this thing doesn't work at all. As soon as you try to put a large bottle or a container in the upper extended portion... the thing flips.. too much weight. In order for it to stay perfectly stable you need to make sure you have something of equal or greater weight on the lower compartment in order for the holder.... to hold !!Maybe its designed for specific cup holders.. by for my cars (Ford, BMW, Jeep).. it did not!

I ordered two and One arrived broken in several pieces - did have great return service (only plus) but the device itself is very light and cheap plastic so not made for my hydro flask I bought it for in my vehicle for every turn I make I have to grab it to make sure the plastic doesn’t break or flex and cause it to fall over anyway (reason for buying it so it didnt roll around in my car). Works great for a cell phone though

its too loose or not wide enough for the cup in the truck so it wobbles around....................

Like the concept for extra space in console for trips. However disappointed that the cup size under the extended holder is small and the top holder cannot extend far.Cannot put anything that is regular sized water bottle or larger in the bottom holder under the extended cup holder; only small bottles or narrow bottom fast food cups will fit. This leaves only two cup holders for regular water bottles instead of three. I thought that was the point of this item to give you one extra holder.Had to use two sponges just for cup holder to fit in car’s console cup opening. If the bottom cup holder opening was larger it would fit better in car console cup opening without using adhesive sponges so holder will fit more study and the bottom cup holder opening would allow regular and large water bottles.Also not happy with height of extension holder. When extended out it is same height as passenger seat so it cannot extend far past the passenger seat and is right next to car gear shift on console. Extended cup holder needs to have ability to raise up to clear the edge of the passenger seat. Will know on next car trip if this is really functional or interferes with using gear shift.Two design flaws that if corrected this item would be great. Not so impressed with design right now. Am considering returning the other ones I bought for gifts if these two flaws prove this cup holder is not functional.
