I ordered 8 of these lights to put around our patio wall. I’m absolutely delighted with them. The lights were well packed and arrived quickly. They come on around 9.30 pm at the moment (mid July) as the sun starts to set and stay on until sunrise. They have had loads of complements and give a real party atmosphere. Even through lock-down, they’ve really cheered us up. I had a minor issue needing a replacement and was really impressed by the company’s excellent customer care and individually personalised emails keeping me up to date with when to expect the replacement. A very good organisation to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and the product.

These were perfect for my decking. I started with just four but was so happy with them that I bought one for each post. Enough light without having to use my electric outside lights

Packaging was top notch, item was very pleasing good solid glass ball with good plastic base, switched on after unpacking and left in window to hopefully charge up.As it grew dark outside what a surprise, lots of little lights came on inside the glass ball looking exquisite.They stayed on all night through to six AM,Good quality lights definitely recommend these also quite bright now all we need is to get the rest of the fencing finished so we can fix these to the posts.Might just add the screws supplied might be ok for some but will be using slightly better one's when we fit them.

Look nice do the job would have preferred a different colour but for the price I have light and a post topper for the decking..Update a few months in 2 don't work they appear to let water in and to top it off one of the glass tops has really cracked along the crackle line all in all not a good purchase

Very pleased with these decorative post cover tops, they look fantastic on top the front gate and fence posts. All worked great to start with. Had trouble with one after a fortnight, as it stopped lighting up, so took it down and took the back bit of gave it a clean and now all lights working great a month later. Hope it continues for the rest of year. Think it would be easy to buy rechargeable batteries for them, so that hopefully they will work for quiet a few years.

Ordered 12 lights, one not working, informed maxxtek who immediately offered a replacement or a refund, am very pleased with the 11 that work and await the replacement which is promised as soon as new stock arrives....Have now received the replacement, very pleased with the companies service and will be ordering more lights.

These lights were ordered to add to my existing lights. My existing ones are a lovely silvery white. These new ones were completely different colour. Not at all like advertised. One was a changing colour one and the other a gold coloured one. I shall be sending these back. I was very disapponited with them. The box they came in looked secondhand. The lights they looked as if they had been used as well.

We are highly delighted with these solar crackle lights. However they are advertised for 100mm square posts. They are 100mm square themselves consequently this does not allow for them to fit easily over 100mm square fence posts, without modifications....... If they were 102mm square it would be easy to fit over the fence posts, sadly not
