Simple to use and help provide a little bit of resistance
Simple to use and help provide a little bit of resistance. My wife has these for a damaged knee, as the physiotherapist recommended ankle weights to build up a muscle in the thigh that will help the knee. WHo would have thought it?

Heavier weights are super bulky and uncomfortable
Bought a pair of the heavier weights and they were huge. The straps were inadequate/poorly designed and so the weights also slid around the ankle and was uncomfortable, making them unwearable. Awful product. Only positive is that they were returned easily.

Good for ankles, not so much for wrists
These are described as ankle and wrist weights in the description, but the weights themselves say they are ankle weights and, indeed, if you have small wrists they are really too bulky. Apart from that, they are good quality and nice looking.
