I purchased this Primecom.Tech level 2 ev charger for my Chevy Bolt. The original charger was just too slow. I am very happy with this purchase. No issues so far, right out of the box everything was nicely packaged, designed, and delivered.- can fully charge my Bolt overnight- seller was really knowledgeable about the product and general EV information.- feels very durable- the charging station has a very nice aesthetic design and look- the plug that goes into the EV feels perfect- Installation is was extremely simple- Seller was quick to answer my questions and corrected my mistake really fastI think this is great charging station for what it costs. Durable, looks great, FAST charging, and great a seller!

Really didn't need the WiFi and other features of the more expensive Lev-2 Fast charges. So settled on this one. REally nice charger. Works great on our new Hyundai KONA Ultimate EV. Easy fit in the plug in component.If I had a gripe, it would be that there really is no INSTRUCTION Manual. Just a brochure of the STATUS LIGHTS. e.g., there is a RED Turn Knob called "RESET" on the side that I'm really not sure what it does. And I would like to be able to TURN IT OFF when not in use for extended periods of time -- just to save any "phantom" draw on our electricity. We really don't charge our EV but about once a week.

Easy to install and working very well

Charges my daily driver perfectly. Almost a year old and no issues at all.

Worked great for two years, then stopped working. All the money I thought I was saving by not buying gasoline, I now have to spend on a new charger. Definitely won't be this charger!

This charger is simple to use and install. I have owned it for a couple of years, but it has only been in service for about a year and a half. The past couple of months have been giving charge interrupted warnings on my app, but the charger was lit up. I thought I might be having a software problem or glitch in the car. Today I went to plug in and now light up and the monitor screen and the car was saying not able to charge. One of the power legs of the 15-40 socket looks to have gotten warm. The electrical install was professionally done and the rest of the circuit looks and tests fine. Disappointed with the short service life. Find a better rated charger.Update 8-8-23. I contacted Primecon.Tech at their website to give feedback and they offered to repair the unit for free even though it is out of warranty. Bumping up one star for customer goodwill.

The charger has been working great for over a month now. Even though there were not a lot of reviews, I gambled on this one and appeared to have come out a winner. It charges fast and looks really nice in our newly constructed house.The manual that comes with has horrible Chinese translation but I still managed to get it installed without problems. Here is an example of just one line from the manual: "Laypeople installs is would produce danger."

We bought this charger for a Toyota Rav hybrid vehicle. It arrived very quickly to Vancouver Island. The installation was mostly simple, however, the instructions could have been a little clearer. So far the car has been charged twice with no problems. It is very easy to use. The only regret I have is only getting a 20 ft long cord.

After speaking to the team at PrimeCom, I ordered the unit and it was delivered in 2 days. Had an electrician install the receptacle and will charge the car for the first time tonight.

Great unit. Quick shipping and product was as described. Base display is nice and charging handle is sturdy. Having it come with a cord hanger and charging handle mount is a nice bonus.

Really good value for your money. Easy to install and use.

i bought this charger & stopped charging after 3 months & amazon support they provide with the number but no attend the phone and reply .... i need my money back
