I really like this for making tabbouleh or in my meatloaf. Unfortunately this last purchase arrived in the box. As in the bag was ripped and the wheat was all over the other items in the Amazon box. Total waste and no way to get a refund.

I used this bulgar to make Tabouli. Just put in a bowl cover the grain with boiling water & let it sit. It was perfect for my recipe & tasted great.

This tabouli is clean. Has a great texture and reconstituted a nice light color. I've bought other brands that were mushy and it wasn't bc of bad cooking skills. I even measured! But this turns out perfect and I dont have to measure anything when I make it. Perfect every time.

The package inside was opened all the bulgur was all over the place had to throw it out want a refund

Love it for tabouli and kibbi and favorite recipes.I used to buy it from Middle East grocery but this makes it very convenient. I’ve used this brand for years and it’s my favorite brand for Lebanese food. My mother in law is Lebanese too and it’s her favorite brand. This is the #1 size so it’s the smaller size which is what I like to use.
