I ordered this. I posted a picture of the ingredients, but it was scrubbed by Amazon. Here's what is on my picture:  "A dehydrated blend of whey, BUTTERMILK solids, CHEESE (granular & cheddar MILK, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), whey protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, citric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, lactic acid, enzyme. Contains: Dairy" Caps correctly quoted

Not really sure.  However, I looked your question up on the Internet and here's the answer:The answer to your question will be different for each food. Sorry.Pounds are weight and cups are volume (size). They are not really convertible to each other.Sure, both use ounces but it is a common mistake to assume that fluid ounces (8 per cup) and regular ounces (16 per pound) are the same thing. A cup of water weighs aprox 1/2 pound and is a full 8 fluid ounces. A pound of water is about a pint (2 cups). A pound of breadcrumbs will be much bigger than a pound of water and a cup of breadcrumbs will weigh less than a cup of water. The answer to your question will be different for each food. Sorry.If you are measuring liquids there are 8 oz to a cup so 16 oz would be two cups. . If you are measuring dry ingredients (for instance bread crumbs) 16 oz would be about 4 cups. 1 oz of bread crumbs is 1/4 cup so it only takes 4 oz to make a cup. . what are the measurements for making the sauce? In the mac and cheese bix everything comes pretty much measured.

I only know this because I've measured out the box from Kraft--For half a box, it's 1/4 cup of the mix, so 1/2 a cup for a full box (which is generous cup of noodles)...butter and milk like you would for Kraft :)

how to make cheese sauce

Make a white sauce with about 3 TBS flour, 1/4 cu butter or margarine and 2 cu milk, about 1/2 tsp sale and 1/2 tsp pepper.  Add 1/2 - 3/4 cu of the dehydrated cheese product, cook over medium heat while stirring with a whisk until thickened.   (melt butter, add salt,pepper and flour and cook for about 2 min, then slowly add milk and finish by adding cheese product.  j
