Extraordinarily easy to prepare and very tasty. We have made the cake several times. Once we forgot to put the icing on the top and never noticed it. The icing is great, but the cake itself is so moist and flavorful, you don't even need it.

There isn’t anything negative about this delicious lemon treat. Just follow the directions and it tastes as good as a high end bakery. I add blueberries.

This is a really tasty, quick to prepare lemony cake. My family loves it. It's convenient to have a supply on hand for when you need a dessert in a hurry. Unfortunately, the price on here has risen by almost $10 and now it costs more than in my grocery.

I discovered this cake mix in my local grocery store a couple of years ago, and we have been hooked on it ever since. My store no longer carries it, so I was delighted to find it here. This is the third case I've ordered.It's so easy to mix one up, just stirring everything together in a bowl and dumping it in the pan. No need to drag out the mixer. So easy, even my husband can do it without supervision lol.For me this cake combines the best of both worlds. Pound cake is my favorite cake, and I love lemon flavored anything. This cake mix makes an absolutely terrific lemon pound with a few minor modifications. Substitute a few tablespoons of butter (2-4) with good quality olive oil. Add an extra egg to the mix and make the frosting with lemon juice instead of water and you are golden. I got the modifications from another reviewer and they make a big difference in the final product. This cake always garners compliments from people I make it for.
