We ordered a mug for my husband using the special name the 9 grandkids call him. There are fonts to choose from & I was able to see what it would look like before it came. IT's BEAUTIFUL! My husband uses it every day now. He's so proud of it, it was a very sentimental gift for him. The Color of the mug is rich, we did his mug in the blue. The mug was made, shipped & delivery extremely well packed in no time. I am so happy with the purchase. I ordered another one for a different family member, this time in Red with a special saying on it. Another WIN! I will definitely use this company again. Really Impressed!

Would have been perfect if my instructions were followed. I needed the handle on the right side. I went with this one because it was the only one that had this option to have the handle like I wanted it. I could have picked any seller without this option and saved $10. Little late now with Xmas so close.UPDATE - ALMOST ONE YEAR LATER, SIMPLY CONTACTING ME OVER YOUR MISTAKE WITH AN APOLOGY WOULD HAVE WORKED OUT. INSTEAD YOU FIRE YOUR WEAPON AT MY SON?!?! This mug exceeded my expectations. The material is smooth, the lettering is elegant, and the colour has a nice glow to it, when placed at a slight distance from my floor lamp. The words are etched into the mug, not just painted. The handle is large enough for me to put all 4 of my fingers through it when I hold it. Generally, I can get only 3 fingers through the handle of my other mugs. It's easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it, not even chocolate cakes (the type you make in a mug).The mug arrived on schedule, with no problems. It was well-packed. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

The cup came in looking well made and the writing was correct and well displayed. It worked as a great gift from my mom to dad, they both really appreciated the cup. With the design there felt like plenty of room for text and a nice font too so the message didn’t seem too big or small on the side of the cup. Surprisingly the item came very quickly at a pretty busy time of year during the holidays which was appreciated as well. Overall I’d say we were very pleased.

I bought these mugs for my husband and me and we love them! They come with an insert telling you to handwash only, but my husband accidentally put them in the dishwasher and they were fine! Would definitely buy again if I need anything personalized!

I had ordered and purchased this personalized mug for my fiance but, I did not know that this mug is not dishwasher safe and he put it in the dishwasher and now the white coating has started to come off.
