Worth $30, not more. Never tested BT
Bought this stereo for my Dad for theInside of this 1997 S-10.Doesn't fit snug in the single din, it's a little loose.Eventually will add some tape to edge to snug it in place.Now...For the most part, it's a really neat little stereoReally would have like AM, but the tuner is weak.AM he can live without, but no FM outside 10 mile rangeUsb works well, altough deck freezes up at times and pulling the USB restoresDeck to normal operation. My dad likes that it's less confusing to operate than most new decksActually likes the two buttons like old school decksS-10 interior matches the deck colorKeeps the song at last play position when power cycledLike the permanent clock display, but it's always 24 hour not 12 displayInside depth shorter thanks to no CD driveEventually may upgrade, but $30 worksShipping was slow to ship, but came fast UPS

Nice unit, especially for the price... Oops... Sorry I was mistaken.
It installed quite easily, (I obtained an install kit from another vendor), and works very well. I adjusted the BT on my phone to only allow calls, this way I can still play my own music library off USB. When I had all the music together on the USB it was too much for the unit to keep reading without stalling. I had to reformat my music USB so that songs were in folders, (I used alphabetical; Folder A, B, C, etc. 175 to 350 songs per folder), I used a program called "Tag & Rename" to remove all the tags from the songs leaving only Name, Title & Artist... this allows the unit to read them easier without a lot of added information it doesn't need anyway. The random play seems to work well, but I won't really know til I've done some driving and let it play for a while. It stays very clear at higher volumes, the EQ presets are varied enough to give you real choices. The only thing that would be better is if the EQ parameters were 7 band user adjustable.Added: 01-16-22After driving for a while so I could listen longer than a cursory test, this unit is completely unsatisfactory and the seller refuses to allow for anything other than it must be my fault for not making good MP3 files, (I'm a Mobile DJ with nearly 200,000 MP3 files that work just fine for the last 22 years).I cannot recommend this unit for anything except possibly the radio, it does not play MP3 files reliably and it does not function as a bluetooth interface with my phone reliably. It plays only one song with huge lapses of silence, sometimes it starts a new song but more often it does not.The seller seems intent on asking the same few questions over, and over, and over, I suppose trying to get me frustrated so I quit and go way. A dozen emails and nothing but the same few questions I've answered every time. This is absolutely ridiculous.Three days and a dozen emails, but they refunded the purchase price, (but kept the tx, for some reason).

Great stereo for the price
Amazingly good stereo for the price, put in an old Chevy Cheyenne truck and it fits the interior very well. Doesn’t look too modern. But the Bluetooth the USB and the charging port worked perfectly. The Bluetooth connects instantly every time I turn the truck on and off. I definitely recommend this if you just need a good modern replacement stereo.

You get what you pay for.
Bought this to replace the factory am/fm radio in my cargo van. It's a work vehicle so I didn't need a high-end Alpine but I did need USB and Bluetooth. This delivers that along with SD and radio. However, this is a rather ugly gold color, the controls are confusing (and the included manual is not much help) and the sound quality is on par with a low-end Walmart stereo. However, the bluetooth works great, even without an external mic, the radio picks up stations pretty well and with it being single DIN and shallow mount it should fit anything. If you just need basic tunes and functional bluetooth this is a good option. Myself, I will be upgrading soon.

2 week died
Great little radio; be sure to get an install kit so the faceplate is trim tight. Finish is a brush metal gold. With my kit I remove the metal single din mount and black single din trim. (See pic) Bluetooth pretty solid and radio light up to also display the number calling. It has four channel RCA out alsoUpdate; died after a week; pulled it out to test on my bench; no sound; 27$ will get ya. Such a shame

Works great for the money.
I dont expect all of the features of the 100 plus dollar stereos so I knew what I was getting. Works great with Bluetooth. The only reason I took a star off is the headphone cable has a lot of feedback on it. That same cable and phone doesn't have that noise in my car so it has to be the stereo. I have 4 speakers on my toolbox powered by this head unit. I plan on using Bluetooth though so its no big deal.

The radio is exactly what it says it is. I brought it specifically for the gold color and nothing more because I'm doing a black-n-gold theme for my project car. My only issue is that the highs drop out from time to time. When I hook up the front and rear speakers to the amp and eq i doubt that'll still be a problem. Im assuming that its a built in amplifier issue and I am running multiple speakers on each channel currently from the unit so I kinda expected there to be issues at high volumes. All in all, it does what it claims for the price. You won't be winning any competitions with this but if you are looking to complete a specific look at a dirt cheap price then this is for you. Just don't run 8 speakers on four channels without knowing your speaker impedance. Two 4ohm speakers in parallel is a 2ohm load and I don't think this radio likes that.
