Re: the title. I'm normally a two-pillow sleeper, but when it came time to replace my old pillows (which each cost a little over half of what this did) I had a hard time finding something in a similar price range. So when I found THIS one I hesitated over the price, before I finally decided to buy one and see if I liked it enough to eventually invest in a second one.I'm... honestly not sure if I'd even NEED a second one. I might still get another in the future, I just don't know that it's necessary. My old pillows are super dense to the point that one of them would probably weigh the same as and/or be as thick as two of this one. And using two of the old ones props me up to a point more to my liking. And yet... I'm amazed at how comfortable I am just using ONE of this pillow entirely on its own.In fact, my biggest objection to this one (the same objection I have to the old ones) is this trend I've been noticing of companies putting the "care instructions" tag (not to mention the brand tag in this case) on the OUTSIDE of the pillowcase. Depending on what kind of sleeper you are, eventually you're going to feel that paper scrape against your hand or face.To alleviate that particular discomfort I'd had to tear the tags off of my old pillows (because the included case was part of the point of having that specific pillow), whereas here I simply grabbed a silver-infused pillow case that came with a sheet set I'd bought elsewhere and covered up the pillow that way. Not quite as cool as relying on the included pillowcase, and I still toss and turn enough to find the pillow half-uncovered when I wake up, but it works better than dealing with those tags.

First night sleeping slept all night and woke up like a new person. Pillow is amazing and whether I sleep on back or side I get amazing sleep and my neck and back do not hurt due to my pillow or bed. This coming from someone who has chronic back conditions and health conditions. MUST BUY!

Good, high quality pillow however it's a little bit softer than I was expecting

Serta perfect sleeper copper infused memory foam pillow is the BEST pillow that I have bought in a long time; and I've tried at least 5 within the last 12 months before I ordered this one. It holds its shape, just hard enough, but not a rock!This was well worth the money, and I am usually very frugal. I would buy this again and again if I needed it.Doesn't go flat after a half an hour, which I found the others did. Doesn't stay bunched up at the end of a restful sleep, so you don't have to plump it up every night before bed. I found most of the others I tried went flat halfway through the night and then they didn't reshape themselves.Thank you Serta!!!

I've been through more pillows than I can count trying to find one that's supportive enough for side sleeping but also comfortable for back sleeping. It seems like all pillows are either or. I've tried the ergonomic pillows with cut-outs for the neck or shoulders, but they are consistently too firm. I've tried thin pillows for back sleeping but they don't support my neck when I flip to my side.This Serta is finally the perfect fit for me. It supports my neck when on my side and magically compresses when I flip to my back. Planning to order an additional one to keep as backup in case this one is discontinued.As for the "copper", I have no idea if this makes any difference or if it's a marketing ploy, but the comfort of this pillow is the selling point for me.

I ordered one. Within a few days the zipper broke on the cover. I was able to request a replacement and send the broken one back through Kohls. Second one, after a few days, the zipper of the case broke and the zipper band began to rip away from the case on this one. A worse issue than the first one. Cant return this one through Kohls though, have to do Ups and no Ups location near me does this function. So am stuck with it. Unsure as to what or why these zippers are so poorly done for the case. And you need the case. The pillow absorbs everything in the air and just has dust and whatever cling to it. It is a shame because it is a comfortable pillow, it is just a super poor pillow case as two in a row have the zippers break and this second one all the stitching of the zipper band is just fraying and pulling away from the case. One star due to two faulty zippers in a row and making return of the replacement purposely impossible

This pillow is thicker than expected, and thus hasn't been good for me back sleeping. I switch from side to back, and this is good for side sleeping but I need one that's good for both. It's definitely oversized and cushy, but just doesn't work for me.

First night, I slept really well for the first time in years. I do feel cooling on one side but not as much as I'd like. But, the support is great - I'm a side sleeper but found myself on my back a few times and still felt good. I bought two for my queen size bed and they fit perfectly. Wish I'd discovered them sooner. Pairing them with my new Serta Perfect Sleeper Luminous Sleep Pillow Top that I hope helps me sleep even better.

This piloow is very comfortable and does not go flat! Great support for the neck and head!

With all the glowing reviews I figured this must be the one! Well after just one week. It’s on its way back! 3 marble like bumps appeared in the pillow , hard and horrible to sleep on!! This must be a GEL problem with this design. Otherwise a defective one that i was so lucky to get!For the price and to have this problem so quickly, i am not taking a chance and will find another. No more memory foam gel types! Customer service was excellent ….return so easy!

It was good to use the first few weeks and then it slowly got worse from there. I honestly wish I could return this pillow. I switched to a new pillow and my neck seems to be better, partner had the same issue with this pillow too
