The instructions were very confusing, using words in the small user's manual that are not in the app. It just took me a bit to figure it out. Other than that, it is easy to use.

This lock will meet my needs for the gym.

You must have the app installed on your phone and on any other phone that you intend to give permission to. I was able to set up a schedule to have my wife unlock the padlock with the app during a two hour time window every day. You have to install the app on your phone first and set up the padlock. You then install the app on other phones and go into the area in the app on the other phones where it displays a bar code (Me at the bottom, account in question at the top, qrcode card). You then go into the primary/admin phone (where you initially installed the lock into the app) and in the app go to "authorization management", account sharing, and click the barcode scanner icon. Scan the barcode in the app that is displayed on the 2nd phone and it will add that phone as and authorized user at the bottom. Click on the authorized user to set a schedule where they have permission to unlock.

I loved this lock at first because it was easy to set up and easy to use...until I had a swim class for over an hour and when I went to use my fingerprint, it didn't work because my fingers were "pruney" from the water. I was in a gym locker room so I had to use the hand blow dryer on my hands for about 10 mins to get my fingerprint to work. Yes, you have the app on your phone, but when I am working out my phone is IN the locker I'm trying to open. Great lock for those not swimming or who have sweaty hands.

Works fine for the finger unlock, but you have to touch it to unlock with your phone. That makes no sense!

Got this little guy for the gym lockers. The instructions were a little difficult so I suggest downloading the app and watching the video. It says to not use the factory mode to open until after you install and link the locker to the app. However it says that halfway through the instructions after telling you how to add fingerprints so it’s a little misleading. Download the app link the lock press and hold you’ll see the blue light remain on this means the lock is ready and then via the app add your fingerprints. I added three. So far so good. I’m happy with the purchase. I also love that the app unlocks the lock for you, that you can add a schedule or users. Pretty cool. Recommend

This is the coolest lock in the world. I love it so much. I know that you see how thin it is and wonder while. Can someone just clip through those? Well let me tell you any major lock. Even the thicker ones someone can cut through with the right tool so no need to worry about that. But it just makes things easy and simple and you can match your fingerprint up and it literally works every time. I never have an issue with it. My own phone fingerprint sensor never works but this $28 stupid lock gets my fingerprint every single time. It just boggles my mind All my fellow workers are jealous and want one of their own and never have to sit there and dial all these different numbers which takes 5 minutes to get into my locker. I just put my thumb on it. Open it up, grab my stuff and go save some so much time. This is one of my favorite products I've bought in here so far

everything does work exactly as they show which is good. it does feel decent in the hand, no visible screws at least which ive seen before on some different types of these. its pretty small but has great battery life. being able to add that many fingers is nice when you allow multiple people. the only things that could make this better at the price are it really needs usb c, and a better sensor. if you have anything on your fingers at all, it will not recognize.

El primer mes de uso, funcionó perfectamente, me sorprendió que la batería durara tanto, por momentos tardaba en reconocer la huella, especialmente si tienes las manos mojadas. Lo usamos 2 personas y a ninguno nos había causado problemas.Un día la luz quedo en rojo, lo pusimos a cargar y cuando marco la batería llena, intentamos volver a usarlo, pero nada, lo restauramos de fábrica, y volvimos a agregar las huellas en la app, por momentos vuelve a reconocer las huellas pero después se queda bloqueado y solo con la app se puede desbloquear o cuando volvemos a conectarlo para " cargar" pero el indicador muestra que la batería está completa.Lo seguimos usando unos días sin cerrarlo por miedo a que se quede bloqueado. Hoy lo probé varias veces para comprobar que reconociera mi huella, lo puse en el locker y lo cerré y cuando intenté volver a abrirlo se quedó en rojo la luz y no volvió a reaccionar ( mi celular y todas mis cosas estaban dentro del locker). Deje pasar una hora y cuando volví, el candado estaba apagado y pude volver a intentar abrirlo, esta vez funciono, pero ya no me siento segura de volver a usarlo.
