Ghirardelli Premium Baking Cocoa, 100% Unsweetened, 8 Ounce (Pack of 2)

This is great cocoa. I have tried them all and I will be sticking with the Ghirardelli. I do love their chips and bars and the quality of the cocoa is just as wonderful. I did buy the dark and regular and to be honest I don't reallly think there is a difference except in the packaging. But as far as the product its taste is very chocolatey and it mixes easily into hot cocoa. I have bought some cocoas that won't do anything except float on the top and are hard to mix in but not this one. I use it in mug cakes, (yum!), smoothies, hot cocoa, frosting, fat bombs, you name it and it always has a rich chocolate flavor that I want.

The best tasting chocolate drink mix I've found that's also widely available and reasonably priced for a regular fan of chocolate drink mixes. I add it to my protein powder to create a delicious beverage that can be prep'd for a few days beforehand to down before and after workouts.

After reading about this cocoa powder in Consumer Labs, I could feel confident that Ghiradellis had a superior product to make hot chocolate. It tested low in Cadmium, Lead and Arsenic. It tasted fabulous, adding Pero powder and Pro Caps Secure coffee flavored meal replacement and stirring all into hot milk. Wow, so delicious!

Decent flavor. Color is slightly darker than other brand I regularly used but will stay with this brand from now on. I don’t use it for baking instead, I drink it without adding any sugar or sweetener or other stuffs. One cup of this pure hot cocoa drink in the morning everyday, feels great.

My package was delivered to the wrong address even though the address on the package was correct. The person that received it was kind enough to drive it to my house. Ghirardelli is always good and I prefer to use it when baking rather than Hershey's.

Packages came dusty so they were a little bit of a mess to unpack, but the product itself is great! Very tastey and worked great in a chocolate cake!

Used for making brownies and also am using it for hot cocoa in the mornings now that temperature is dropping a tad. Brownies came out super tasty and hot cocoa is delicious as well. I plan to buy more.

Great baking cocoa.It is very smooth in flavor. I am a hot chocolate nut and this cocoa powder makes the best hot chocolate. The powder is very fine and mixes perfectly. It is really easy to make a dark chocolate (my favorite). I am going to keep this in my cupboard at all times.
