Was a bit skeptical about ordering a perishable item on Amazon but was pleasantly surprised as it was delivered fresh and in perfect shape unlike other delivery platforms where products are often crumbled crushed and spoil the other products also

Tasty Id curd, but doesn't feel naturally thick. Nearly every brand of yogurt sold in the market (globally too) is thickened artificially by adding pectin, gelatin, tapioca starch, agar or some other additive that has nothing to do with yogurt, simply to please whimsical, ignorant customers. This includes most healthfood store brands because government doesn't impose strict regulation for manufacturers to declare all ingredients, so they are free to add anything they want- even modified starch. Thickening agents are known to disturb good gut bacteria, even if they are natural, still all thickening agents are not healthy to consume day after day. Really hoped I could find a truly natural curd, but this is so beautifully thick, cannot trust it. After trying almost all big curd brands, it is clear that all are unusually thick. Have to start making homemade curd now.

I love to have curd daily. And was using other MNC brand. But the test and price of this curd is just mind blowing.

Though we are getting good discount on and off on fresh the curd for past 2 purchases doesn't seem as creamy as it used to be earlier. The quality earlier was very thick and creamy now it is equivalent to those 400gms curd from other cos priced at rs 40. So why pay 65+ rs for this if its going to be same. I am though not sure if this was the batch issue.
