DO NOT BUY ANY YUKON TRAILS!!!!
******UPDATE three*****Got our Yukon Trail bike from Overstock get it put together and battery does not line up properly to lock in , front brakes are messed up AND back tire was so crooked that the tire is rubbing up against the back poles that hold the back wheel on. So two different Yukon Trail bikes for two different sellers and have yet to get one out the door assembled. Have had $600 tied up in worthless pieces of garbage for almost a month. No working bike yet.Time to give up this "brand" is garbage.*******UPDATE two******Yukon Trail called back after I had already set up the refund and return through Amazon (The guy that supposedly had set up the pick up by UPS didn't so we sat home all day for no reason but the girl I spoke to set it up for the next day and said we could leave the box outside since we had things to do and could not sit home again all day.)I ended up finding this bike and a few others from this company on Overstock and they had a 20% off sale that day so used the savings to buy a 3 year warranty through Overstock. 90 days is far too short a warranty on something like this and for this price you should be able to expect it to last more than 3 months.**************end update two*************UPDATE one****** I called Yukon Trail on Monday Morning as they had not returned my calls or emails. The customer Service guy looks at the photos of the damaged Bike and agreed that it was damaged and not operational. He asked me to send him proof of purchase and as I was opening up my Amazon order to Print Screen it he tells me they do not have a warranty for anything sold through Amazon. So I called Amazon got refund set up since the warranted thing is a huge issue without a warranty you are basically rolling the dice and for some that might be a fine risk but for me almost $600 is a HUGE expense to be gambling on.Amazon has put in for a refund so I have to wait 3 days now to get my money back to find another bike or see if the company direct is able to give me the same price. They still only offer a 3 month warranty which is not a lot of time to break in a motorized bike and make sure it is gonna keep working. So I will be looking at other options to see if there are better protected high quality items.*****End update****I hope to be able to update this post soon with positive feedback on service and use but as of right now we have a big mess in our living room and no useable bike.I have left a couple messages for service and sent an email.1 rating is just because the bike is completely unusable till the issues are fixed once we are able to get in contact with customer service and have the issues fixed hopefully this will be a painless fix so I can give 5 stars and have a safe and useful product.***Things on the Good Side***1) This is Saturday so on the good side they allow for Saturday delivery so that is great if you are able to get the bike set up, it gives you the weekend to break it in. BUT when you can't get it set up kinda has you sitting there getting more and more frustrated as you stare at a pile of hard earned money wondering if you just flushed it down the toilet and/or how much stress and cost it is going to be to get a working product.2) The weight of the metal and connections other than the issue areas are pretty sturdy and this feels like this bike is gonna be able to hold up to the salty environment we live in.3) The size is good for my teen as it is solid but light weight compared to other options out there. It is easy to bring into a small apartment to charge4) The kick stand location and sturdiness are great! Having had several bikes have kickstands lose their ability to hold the bike either because it was poor craftsmanship or the dread kid refuses to put the kick stand up when rolling the bike which tears them up. The stand on the rear tire helps save the stand from kids not following the rules and it is solid good craftsmanship to begin with.5) Features - a) Metal Water bottle - even though the dent on the bottle is on the issues list the fact there is a metal water bottle with D ring included is a nice feature. b) Bell - Nice to have in an area that there are a lot of tourist that may not be used to the number of bikes and scooters on the road that they should not be walking in front of same as cars. c) Light switch on the handle bars- don't have to stop to turn on the light (hopefully ours is replaceable)very handy and can also help in cases where also want to try to use light as an additional warning with the sound of the bell to get other people's attention. d) Easy in and out of the battery but the locking mechanism so not easy for it to be stolen.***Things that have gone wrong so far***1) Box was banged up and ripped open on both bottom corners. The front bang up looks to have caused some of the following damage. Both of these items are a safety as well as even being able to use the bike. Can not ride without a working light where we live and can't ride a bike with no front wheel. a) Front light the tab that should be holding the light face in the light holder is broken so that the light face just dangles out held only by a single wire attached to the electronics board. b) The front forks are about 1/2 an inch off one forward of the other and the brakes are twisted out of alignment. So front tire can not even go on.2) Brake cable for front brakes not attached correctly had to fix it hopefully it is attached correctly since I don't make bikes.3) The handle bars shaft is two metals that I think are supposed to be welded together by pictures of the item and the cuts of the items but they are not connected and it took a major call upon super powers I don't have to get this dang thing in it's "not supposed to be" 2 pieces into the shaft. Not sure if the weld not being there long term will effect the safety and usability seems to be holding tight.4) Minor just cosmetic but is the hey I paid the full price I should get NEW item thing there is a big dent in the metal water bottle. Again it does not effect safety or function but with all the other drama tryign to get the bike together it is just another whant whant whaaa *ZONK* kind of moment.

should been cheaper like the E-Zip
My wife is 4'11" and 110 pounds when she rides up any encline she has to pedal. With the E-Zip she had she did not have to. She does like this one better because she can almost reach the ground. The battery lock was broken and the front brake grabs hard, even after adjustment.

Great bike!
We ordered this for our 13 y/o son and he loves it! Bike was delivered unassembled but took less than 45 min to complete. He's been riding/driving all over our neighborhood and even takes with us when we travel. Would definitely purchase again.

This bike came in damaged by fedex
Problem with bike. It had a back tire that was flat and needed replacing of the tube. We could not get the back wheel off... because fedex damaged the rear of the frame. So i need to fix the damaged back wheel. I am not blaming the bike but the damaged delivery. Other than that the bike looks cool.

Ignoring the Price, this is a Great Bike
I found this bike new at a discount store for a really good price. I wasn't even in the market for an electric bike, but it looked like a good deal. I'm so glad I bought it. It rides really smooth and the battery lasts a long time. I like the assisted pedaling feature and the LED headlight. The battery slides out super easy...so you can lock the bike to a rack and carry the battery inside to charge in your office or wherever. Shimano gearset and motor. All other hardware is cheapie Chinese stuff, but works fine.
