Worth the money. Ez to install
Overall I'm happy with the product. The rear mud flaps took about 15 mins to install. You can use the factory bolts for two of the locators. The middle one you'll have to drill. The front mud flaps are a bit different. They took about 35 mins to install. You'll need a 11mm socket to remove the nut for the bottom location. The top locator us designed for you to use the factory push pin. The problem is the push pin is installed before the fenders liner making it impossible to to reuse the push pin. I just drilled a hole and it worked. (See the last pic)

About these mud flaps on a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT
I deducted two points, one for lack of instructions and the second for needing to drill into the SUV fender trim. However, the flaps do add sporty look which I really like. I have attached before/after for you to make your own judgement.First, there's no instructions. The flaps do come with a postcard size sheet with 4 lines of instructions, but they're a meaningless Chinese translation and I dumped that postcard into the trash. (Perhaps it's best they don't give detailed instructions on Amazon as it might shy a lot of people away). You're on your own to figure out how to securely mount these things.Keep in mind this is not a 123 install. It's more like 1, look at what you got & think about what to do, 2 look some more and scrutinize how to mount, and 3 work the flap into place and finalize. It took me 1-1/2 hours start to finish (of which 15 minutes were spent thinking "do I really want to drill into the SUV's factory trim"). I've included a picture of the tools I used. At bare minimum, if you don't have those tools you're not going to be able to complete. You're also going to need to have some minor mechanical problem solving ability.Another issue is these flaps, they are solid/rugged/sturdy, but as a result they require 3 points of contact to the SUV fender trim. Two points you can reuse existing hex screws from the Ford factory, but the third point you have to drill and screw into the SUV factory plastic fender trim. Now these holes you have to drill (1 per wheel well) are very inconsequential and I'm not sure anyone would notice if the flaps were removed, but you are drilling into a rather expensive leased or purchased vehicle, and once you drill the holes, they're there forever.Last point is the ABS/plastic the trim is made of. It's a near perfect match to the Ford ABS/plastic trim -- same exact color and texture. Flaps blends right in.Good Luck!
