This key is awesome. I didn’t have to spend a lot of money to get a great key. All of the buttons work great . I had a hard time finding a place to cut the key. Every one wants to sell you there key for over 100.00 dollars.Rule King got it done. No charge. Great place.Don’t waste your money, get the key here.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to have a third key for a family member's 2011 Jeep Compass just in case one of the two original keys got lost. This $14 blank key seemed like a cheap alternative combined with the cost of cutting the key. Page 18 of the owner's manual outlines the simple programming procedure if you already have two valid Sentry keys. I went to my local Ace where they told me they can't cut my key because they didn't have the special reprogramming tool. They looked something up on their computer which said special machines are needed. I visited another hardware store that has the special reprogramming machine and asked that they simply cut the key and I'd try my luck at self-programming. The declined, saying my car could be damaged. I later came across a mobile locksmith. He reluctantly offered to cut the key for $10 but assured me that only the doors will lock/unlock manually or remotely but the car will not run unless he programed it for $100.00. He stated that others charge $175.00 and I've heard dealers may charge $300.00.I followed the simple sequence with the two valid keys and then the replacement key and in less than a minute the new key worked perfectly--the car runs and the remote door locks function correctly.

The key was cut and opened the door fine.Glad this was bought for a spare key to put under the jeep hood for a spare in case I locked the keys in because the key will not program as the battery trap was never soldered into the PC board and will not work.Giving it one star as it can only be used to open the doors as it’s broke inside.

I purchased a used jeep Wrangler that only had one key. Dealership wanted $120 per per key to program new keys. I was able to program to additional keys for that amount. And I can still program more keys if needed.Instructions are easy to use and also there are some good YouTube videos. Take your time and follow the instructions and everything should work out well. I had no issues whatsoever, and it only took about 15 minutes to do both sets of keys.

Key was exactly as described. Was easy to program on my own. Been using the key with no problems for 9 months now.

They all worked properly and programmed easily. Good to have lots of spare keys!

Haven't been able to program yet but keys seem good quality

Followed the easy instructions from the website link included with the shipping documentation. The code did not take the first time and I repeated the process which had my 2005 Durango starting but without lock/unlock functionality. I tried the key a few minutes later and the keyfob was then fully functional. I’m not sure if it takes a few minutes for the lock/unlock to work or if it was just a glitch. Highly recommend this product

Key looks and feels nice but it would not program to my car.. I have two working keys, got the new key cut at a locksmith and followed the instructions to the letter... Car started no issues but lock/unlock and panic did not work... Had to return.. Double checked as well I ordered the right one.. Your mileage will vary, hope yours works
