tl;dr - These fairy string lights look great, are easy to put up and take down, and are more than worth the price at $6-$7 per set. The only downside is that the manual doesn't tell what the different light modes are (but I've detailed what they are below). I would highly recommend this product.For those interested in a lot more detail, read on.This was a very nice product and easy to install. The spool is a great tool that makes putting up the fairy lights SIGNIFICANTLY easier. I've used other fairy lights before that are just wrapped around essentially a paper towel roll or loose, and they got impossibly tangled as I tried to put them up, requiring a 2nd person just to help manage the wires. I put these lights up by myself, and it was super simple and fast, no fuss.The lights themselves look great. I got the "warm white" lights which make for good mood lighting as it's a gentle light. Be aware that this means they are not bright enough on their own to see any of the hanging pictures clearly, really (unless you loop/layer the lights multiple times maybe). Speaking of the pictures, the photo clips are very thin and light but hold up standard 4"x6" photos perfectly well. Just be careful with handling the clips because they feel like they could break easily (but there are plenty of photo clips given anyway, so you likely wouldn't have to worry even if a few did break). If you wanted to hang a larger pic up, you might need to use 2 clips to hold it up.The additional 10ft power cord is really nice, especially if you don't want the fairy lights to lead the way directly to the power source at night. The power cord is pretty conspicuous along the wall in the daylight, though, so you might want to "hide" it by trailing it along a room corner or behind a beam.The only downside (and a small one at that) to this product was that there were very little instruction and next to no details in the manual about the remote and the light modes. Luckily, putting up the lights is pretty simple and straightforward, so it doesn't require much instruction anyway. It would've been really nice if they'd written down what the light modes were, though. As such, I've taken the liberty to note down the modes here for any future buyers.Mode 1 - cycles through modes 2 through 7Mode 2 - twinklingMode 3 - alternating bulbs flashMode 4 - alternating bulbs dimmerMode 5 - alternating bulbs strobe and flashMode 6 - all bulbs dimmerMode 7 - alternating bulbs strobeMode 8 - all bulbs on (constant light)Mode 1 cycles through the other modes but for different intervals of time for each mode. I roughly timed the cycles, and over the course of about 3 minutes, Mode 1 seems to cycle through the following:Mode 2 for 25 secondsMode 3 for 16 secondsMode 4 for 50 secondsMode 5 for 25 secondsMode 6 for 47 secondsMode 7 for 13 secondsAll in all, I would highly recommend this product for a very cute, personal gift or even just for customized light decorations.

I feel compelled to write a review because I am so happy with these lights! I ordered 4x4 photos of my family and hung them from the lights for a birthday display. They are high quality and beautiful. It comes with a pretty long cord, and then the lights are on a wire and not a thick plastic cord, so I could easily wrap them around a small nailhead on the wall instead of using the sticky pads. I love that it plugs in the wall instead of using batteries, and has a remote to choose different light settings. I think this would be fun for a kids bedroom or any kind of sentimental celebration. I really hope they last a long time so I can reuse them in new ways.

I bought these for my teen daughter’s room. I don’t recommend using the sticky pads that are included. They do tear up the walls. So I just nailed them up. They are super cute. Different settings can be selected. They plug into the wall, so you do need a box to plug them into. Only reason for 4 stars if because the adhesive ripped up my walls when I took them down to switch bedrooms around.

Was easy to hang up, light weight, the lights are bright and has different settings. Over all great quality. I would recommend this product.

Confusing on how to hang them right but I’m also 33 weeks pregnant and got frustrated halfway through lol

Bought two sets of these for our granddaughters room. They are very long. They come with tons of clips (MANY more to use yet!)And best of all they plug in! No batteries!We did not use the stickies that came with it. As I bought the 3M ones, just to be safe. So we have no idea how well the stickers that come with them work.

I bought this item to hold my Christmas cards/photos our family receives. It could not even hold up four photo Christmas cards without falling off the wall. Very beautiful display when set up, nice lighting display options. I’d recommend using something else to hold it up on the wall or you will be constantly having to detangle the fallen down mess and put back up.
