Farmlyn Creek Natural Jute Placemats for Dining Table (17.75 x 12 Inches, 6 Pack)

Washed in the machine and it got a bit deformed and a bit smaller, but when I laid it put flat to dry, it got its shape back. - I use one next to my sink to protect my stone from all the dirty dishes that arrive there. Previously I had a plastic mat and it was always wet and yellowing my stone. This material absorbs the water better and it dries fast and it cushions. I decided not to use them for eating, because I don't want to constantly wash them. I decided to buy plastic mats for daily use. These are mostly to protect what is underneath in the kitchen. I love natural materials and this is one of them.

Cute placemats that went well with my Thanksgiving decor but will be used for many other occasions as well. Tossed them in the washing machine afterwards on the delicate cycle and they came out perfect!

Nice quality and good size. Not easy to clean given that are made of jute but I knew that before buying.

I haven't tested if they are heat resistant. They have a natural look without bulk.

I would order them again.

They look nice but the texture is very itchy and they shed everywhere. Not sure if mine are just faulty, but they leave bits of fibre all over and its a pain to clean up as its so fine.
