Had duplicate items from previous orders
I really liked the items and the real cases that you put them into. But my granddaughter was very disappointed that she didn't get some of the items that was displayed on the order page we received duplicate items from previous orders. She was looking for some of the other items and received too many duplicates. I didn't mind paying the extra cash for the mega pack but I want it items I didn't already have. It cost too much to receive even one duplicate. Very disappointed grandma and granddaughter 😢 my suggestion is you find a way for people to pick what they're paying for. Like items they don't already have.. Please!
