HVAC Air Door Actuator 20826182 15-73989 604-140 1573989 Fits For Chevy Traverse 2009-2012 GMC Acadia 2007-2012 Buick Enclave 2008-2012 Saturn Outlook 2007-2010

Worked for our 2012 GMC Acadia. The left side stopped working not allowing it to cool, put this in and it fit great. We are opening and allowing cooled air to vent out the left side. Cheap fix

Works well and quiet. I was concerned it may be loud since it's cheaper but not the case. It is plug and play but should probably be calibrated by a scan tool. I have one so calibration was easy. I think it would have worked anyways but it is recommended.Just take off the cover under steering wheel and it's located on the right side up next to where the radio would be. It's small and tight in there and I had to be a contortionist for a day but got it done. 3 t20 screws and a wiring harness and you're done. The worst part for me was getting stung by a bee that decided to fly in there while I was working and hitting my head. But I can't hold that against the product.So far very happy and the problem of it not switching from hot to cold on driver's side vents is over.

Part is a pain to replace but not the parts fault. Easier if you have small hands. Part fixed my panel vents not working on 2011 Acadia

I have no idea why these actuators suppliers can’t put an easy to find and easy to understand locations for which this actuator will function properly on because my vehicle has at least 3 of these actuators and nowhere in the suppliers description could I find a simple explanation of this actuator working specifically for the passenger side temp control. Instead I had to rely on reading bunches of reviews to get a clue of what the deal is. I’m pretty certain this exact same actuator will also operate the defrost/vent/floor door which on my 2012 Acadia. That one is located next to the passenger temp door actuator. The defrost/vents/floor door actuator is mounted a few inches higher and a couple inches toward the front bumper. This passenger temp door actuator is in the same location just a few inches lower and couple inches reward (toward the back bumper). My symptom was when commanded to max cold A/C, the driver floor would blow cold and the passenger floor vent would blow hot (if the engine was hot from normal use). This actuator fixed that issue. 3 stars due to the poor description from the supplier. You tube shows where these actuators can be found under the dash in the passenger left foot area. Now hopefully it will keep working many years.

Works great, not an easy repair job--have to work in tight quarters, so only attempt if you are comfortable with disassembling parts of the dash to gain access to this part.

It was a great price and easy to install if you have the right tools we U tuned how to install you need a T2 socket and an extension to get to the screwIt works great
