Get material great fit
I love this dress. The material is soft and smooth. Order a size up if you are heavy chested. The dress is very flattering and it has pockets.

Runs large! Cute dress but bad fabric.
5’6, 134, 34B, pear shaped. I wanted to be Mrs. Maisel for Halloween. I ordered a medium and it was huge. Then I ordered a small and it was better but still loose around the waist. I put it in the dryer for an hour on high heat and it shrunk to the right size.Pros: ended up being cute and the color is very nice. Lots of compliments.Cons: terrible cheap fabric - not soft at all, prone to wrinkles. The original neckline was bizarre and not made at all for smaller chests. Fortunately it’s easy to cut the single thread that holds it up and fold it into a v-neck.Overall, worked great for Halloween, but I wouldn’t buy this for everyday wear.

So many compliments!
This dress ensemble gets so many compliments! I wear a crinoline petticoat underneath, and because I don't like to show my upper arms I wear a chiffon shrug. It's absolutely adorable and it's really very comfortable. I love, love, love this style of dress.

Size Chart Is WAAAAAY Off!
I’m a connoisseur of vintage fashion, so that’s where my review is based.First the good- the fabric is much sturdier than I’d dared hope for, with a lot of stretch to it. The seams are well done, lined up, & finished. The zipper appears to be decent and installed well. It also has POCKETS!!! Yea!Now for the not so good- It has a VERY high waistline. Like just under the bust. Almost like a babydoll dress waistline. And I say this as someone with a naturally high waistline. It also has a 3” wide waistband of extra fabric bisecting the dress that will make wearing a belt with it (as was typical with this style of dress) awkward or impossible without looking strange. Not sure why.It is NOT a full circle skirt. Don't try to fit a full vintage style petticoat underneath. One of the cheap ones you find on here will work fine. It requires one to look good. Now for the infuriating- The size chart is ABSURD. I have a 35” waist. According to their chart, I’m between an XL & 2XL. I went with the XL knowing it had some stretch & people saying it runs large. It’s MASSIVELY too big! The waistband measures a flat 19”, total 38” with NO stretching! The rest absolutely SWIMS on me too! I have a 36D bust for reference.WHY is it so absurdly difficult for them to get their own measurements correct?!!? Women carry their weight so differently that height/weight doesn'tmatter nearly as much as waist/inseam/sleeve length.

Runs small
Love this dress on my partner. It runs a little small so keep that in mind.

Very comfortable
Love this dress. Light and fits perfect. I am 5’6 weight 199 and normally fit size 16. Went with a 2xk but could of fit a xl. Still liked it loose and flowy skirt. I bought the belt separate. Received many complements. Very elegant for a day wedding.

Nice Piece
The size chart was a key tool; it was true to fit. The dress looked super nice. Not too clingy. The zipper could use just a bit of improvement, however. I unzipped it to put it on, and the zipper didn’t move smoothly. I felt like I was going to break it before I tried the dress on. Overall, it was a nice piece.
