Great value for posters. I was hesitant to order this particular set as they were listed as paper posters, however I desired the specific options and why they displayed at this price. I was not disappointed at all in the paper quality. The paper is close to card stock thickness. Well worth the buy on these!

I like the variety and the price point. More posters than I have equipment for, and I'd like them smaller so I can fit more on the wall, but these help make a nice workout corner in my home

Perfect for someone who isn’t sure how to work specific muscles. I had all the equipment (dumbells, kettle bells, bands,etc) just wasn’t sure how to utilize them to work certain areas. The photos of the body that shows the target area is just what I was looking for.

Tear super easy. And not laminated or any sort of protection from dirty hands or anything. These are not sturdy. Waste of money

Good quality paper, hung them up in my home gym and they have been extremely helpful
