These socks are so cute, but the quality is very nice.

Loved the socks and they stay up well! Cotton material means they wear well and don't pill. I have skinny legs and liked the snug fit, but you may feel differently if you have something other than giraffe legs.

I got these to see if they would fit wide caves and they do!! They are a little snug but I can still put 2 fingers into the sock once I have it on. They don’t dig into my skin either. They don’t look stretched out and do give some after wearing them a couple of times but they haven’t lost their elasticity so they still stay up.

Highly recommend, especially for long legs. American apparel always has the best socks! I typically wouldn’t pay so much for a pair of socks but after I tried the thigh highs they sell, I realized there is a huge benefit in the way they’re made and it’s worth the extra money. The same is to be said for these (knee high) socks! Love them! They don’t fall down but also don’t cut off circulation.

I have been wearing american apparel socks since I was a teenager. I have the same socks still, and only a few are really worn on the bottom, and one has a hole. Most of them don't even have holes yet. There were more colours to choose from back in the day, which I miss, but I'm excited they still make these socks, they're perfect.

Socks are no longer 80% combed cotton so not what they used to be. The 80% version was a 5 star sock. Now they are 67% normal cotton, 20% nylon, 10% polypropylene, 3% spandex. So they basically cheapened them and made them more plastic.

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical this would fit my thick thighs. I mean, it’s American Apparel after all. I still ordered because I figured it would look cute to whatever height it would go. Especially with a denim dress! Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The sock is good quality with decent stretch. It goes all the way up to just under my knee. For reference, I’m 5’ 4”, 197lbs.
