Of several sealants I've used, this is the best so far
Sealants seem to be comprised of raw liquid latex mixed with something to balance the pH (ammonia?) so it doesn't corrode the wheels and some particles to aid in sealing. There are other things for sure, but those are the basics. What causes brands to differ is the thickness of the sealant and how much stuff is mixed in to aid that sealing. One end of the spectrum is Orange Seal- it's pretty much a thin liquid, about like light cream, whatever particles it has are really tiny, too small to see. Other end is Slime 2in1 which has what looks like chunks of torn paper in it, and lots of it. It's thick and chunky, like salsa. Even though that stuff is listed as being suitable for bicycles, it's probably better for lawn tractor and wheelbarrow tires, etc. It's just too chunky. The chunks get stuck between the bead of the tire and the rim and prevent it from sealing, I always had leaks around the bead, until I washed it out and changed brands. The Orange Seal works great, no complaints, but this mikKit seems to be somewhere in the middle. It's thinner like the Orange, but it has some fibers mixed in, and those fibers are really tiny. It still pours like a liquid, no chunks. There are black flecks that might be ground up tires. Small enough that they don't get in the way of sealing the rim, but enough of them to help seal larger holes. Both wheels that I used this for sealed instantly and stayed sealed, at 100 psi. A good sign is that the sealant that I got on my fingers quickly dried to a very sticky film, so that tells me that it'll glue the tire bead to the rim and keep it there.

Doesn't clog the syringe like Stan's Race
Stan's Race is full of fibers and clumpy even when you shake the container. That makes it impossible to use with a syringe because of clogging. The Milkit sealant goes in smoothly. And appears to do just as good a job at sealing small holes.

Almost Magic
I ride about 100 miles a week and had (3) punctures over the past month. This sealant worked better than advertised. Sealed all the holes right away with little to no loss in air pressure. I am a believer.

Middling at best
Did an ok job sealing a hole from a staple on my road bike. Still lose a little air, but it gets me through a ride just fine. Got a 6mm gash in the rear of my gravel bike. Wouldn't seal at all. I was prepared to cut it some slack, as the gash was at the junction of the tread and the sidewall, but then I removed the tire. All those bits of rubber that are supposed to seal up holes? Yeah, all they do is clump together in the tire. Trying Muc Off next.

Not what I expected
I’ve had two flats since switching to this sealant. Not sure whether the temperature has an affect but while I did make it home on about 30 pounds of air it never totally sealed the 3/8 in.puncture

Garbage!!
I would suggest you look elsewhere. I have a hole small enough the eye can't see it and the sealant did not work. Air continues to leak and the sealant is doing nothing

Worked perfectly
Sealed my tubless tires perfectly. Have logged 150 miles since using and have no problems

Works good
Sealed up good, no problems. Flowed thru small valve stem, some such as Stans race have particles and would clog.

doesn't work - odd
tried this after using the milkit valves for a few years. The sealnat doesnt set or close any holes - abandoned ride and even after trying to sort it out at home, a test ride two days alter still lead to full deflation through the same small hole. very disappointed (ney annoyed)...and yet there are other reviews with full praise on various sites. a batch problem?
