Overall pretty happy with this top quilt
I took this for a weekend hike-in camping trip in the North Georgia mountains in the beginning of November where the night time temps got down to mid 40s Fahrenheit on the second night. I brought a digital thermometer to check temps.I really like the size of it as a quilt (I am 5'8) and the pack size and weight as well. The compression sack is durable and more than adequate. I was comfortable the first night which got down to 49, however the second night went down to 45 degrees and after an hour or so at that temp I started to get cold enough to require another layer. I had both a closed cell foam mat along with one of my favorite camping items the Paria Outdoor Products Recharge Sleeping Pad and mid-weight wool leggings and top. I ended up getting into my also newly purchased Snugpak Jungle Bag with the Stratus top-quilt on top and then found myself very toasty. I bought this top quilt hoping that it would help bridge the gap between my 2 season bag and my 0-degree bag. I also wanted something synthetic that would hand humidity well. I am reasonably satisfied that it will serve these purpose down to upper 40's and that coupled with the Snugpak I can get down to low enough temps to leave the 0 degree home unless truly warranted. Overall, I do highly recommend this quilt.

Great features
If you hold this quilt up to the light, you will see the filling clustered in piles in each section of the quilt. But it was comfortable in my hammock down to 44 with an insulated pad and wearing a fleece top and pants. It packs down small. I motorcycle hammock camp across the country in a wide variety of temps. With the addition of a fleece topper, you could easily get into the thirties with this quilt.

Just perfect!
Even better than I anticipated. As someone that slept in a hammock everyday for over two years, I wish I had this then. This is my fourth top quilt. I think it is now my favorite. Only have used it inside (60 degrees) as a test, no complaints. Very warm for being so incredibly light. You would swear it is down. The foot box is excellent, as well as the width and length. I am 6 feet tall and the length is plenty long. Some reviews elsewhere mentioned it was short for them, they must have been over 7 foot basketball players? I recommend it to all my hammock buddies. I may have to get a second one because my wife loves to use it on the couch when it is cold. I tried the same and it is extremely comfy! Almost to warm when it is over 65 degrees. Love it!

Batting bunches up, huge cold spots after 4 nights
I bought this quilt for a 12 day trip in the BWCA. I normally use a down quilt, but wanted a synthetic just in case it got wet, no way to dry down on a long canoe trip! First few days were great, but soon noticed I was getting cold at night even though the weather was in the 50s overnight. Turns out the batting had all bunched up, as you can see in the photo. I tried going cell by cell to fluff it and pull it apart, but no luck. Disappointed this happened after just a few nights of camping and glad the weather was warmer than planned. No unusual use, slept with it on top of me each night, packed each day in the provided stuff sack. Also, It could stand to have some pad straps like other quilts have. I added elastic and plastic snaps, which really helped. With different batting, this would be a good quilt. Ultimately returned it, a piece of gear like this should last a long time. With the batting bunched up after just a few uses, this doesn't serve the purpose or expectation of a sleeping bag/quilt.

I'm not even sure how I feel about this quilt
I bought this quilt last year to upgrade my gear because I sleep in my car. I'm about 9 months in or so with this quilt and this has been my experience.First month was amazing, I loved the quilt. It was around October or so when I bought this so I still had a chance to test how well it faired with colder weather. While I don't agree with the rating of this bag, I will say that if you have proper base layers on and understand how insulation works. This quilt will do the trick just fine a chilly night. Anything near freezing and you will need something thicker.I'd say I used this quilt for about 3-4 months before the stitching between the insulation cells started coming undone, this resulted in the insulation from multiple cells combining together and creating a gap in the quilts ability to keep you warm. For most part I love this quilt. I just wish it had been made out of slightly more durable materials and maybe even with a double stitch. I would have paid $150-175 for a version of this quilt that could have help up for longer than 9 months.

Disappointed
I thought it would be bigger on the sides and it is not worth the price feels like a cheap sleeping bag.
