This is a very good telephone. Solid, well made. I have about 9 of them in our small company and have never had a problem with any. Actually one has a screen that is a little fuzzy, but not bad. Some staff use headsets, we use the speaker phone sometimes, we use the speed dial feature - all work great. The best part about our VoIP system is the fact that we use Junction Networks for our service and they are absolutely wonderful. Every time I have called them for help on something they have provided great assistance with a smile -- and they speak English.

We use these phones in our office. We have 15 of them and for the most part they work great. My only complaint is that the short cut keys to work that well with our phone provider Ring Central.

Works great and at a great price used with Phone.com
I bought this phone to use it with Phone.com. It works great ... our IT dept added the IP to the server and we were good to go. Great quality voice calls and speakerphone. Easy to update the directory and plenty of features.
