Disappointed!!
The watch came and I was so excited to put it on and I loved the weight and look I thought of buying a second one but one day me and my girlfriend were hiking and she barely pulled me by the wrist and the watch broke in the same spot another customers watch broke in the reviews..this point on the watch is a poor design since all the watches are breaking in that same location so I was disappointed especially since I paid so much and it only lasted a week..Looks are deceiving ..

Element Case Just Lost Me As A Customer After 6 Years of Being One
I don't know if Amazon will post this. I suspect not but we will see. Like others here, case cracked underneath the crown. I wrote a long letter in request of the promised replacement but got a middle finger response. I quote from their email to me "Thank you for providing the requested proof of purchase and product image. Since this item was purchased in used condition, we are unable to provide assistance". Not unable but unwilling is what they meant to say. They suggested that I, SOMEHOW, get ahold of the original purchaser to obtain the original receipt?!?!? That's just NUTS. It was purchased VIA AMAZON not Ebay. Good luck finding that out and getting communication with that person, eh!Since Amazon sold the product to me (I was able to get it from Amazon Warehouse at a lower price... OOOh, a $30.00 difference), Element Case will sit on their hands about a known product weakness and do nothing while hiding behind the "Oh, you're not the original purchaser so get stuffed" position. $165.00-$200.00 for a case with a known structural flaw is way too much to pay. I guess I'll try to rig something or just return it and get the UAG nylon band and case set up. I'm done with Element Case and will post the reason in commentary on their social media. I've used their Black Ops/Spec Ops and Ronin products on my iPhones since the original iPhone SE came out. They have been expensive but worth the cost because of the quality and the warranty. But, as the warranty does not transfer, I will not only not buy anything of theirs through Amazon Warehouse/Renewed but I outright won't buy from them or recommend them to others. Product should be warrantied (especially with a known structural flaw) and not the person purchasing it. They got paid, stand behind the Brand and the product. Good luck if you buy their gear. I'm done after this experience. $200.00 total cost blown over an easily broken fancy plastic piece with design and structural flaw. I bet superglue can repair the polycarbonate (fancy plastic) watch case but it won't repair the rejection of support as a 6 year customer. No, thanks. I'm good.

I really wanted to like it
So, I’ve had an element case before and loved it, the sector 5 case actually, survived a 40’ drop out of a tree, phone worked great for a few more years. This is not that case.So in general I'm pretty hard on phones and watches, I deliberately buy tough cases not aesthetic. I’m outdoorsy, do wood working as a hobby, and work on equipment as my job. I was reluctant to get a smart watch, til i saw this case, loved my last one, boom, go buy watch, come home order this case. 8 days after it was delivered I realized it was broken, right under the crown. Ok, email customer support get an immediate email “thanks allow 3 business days to respond”, grr but ok, its like 7 pm, Friday. Over the weekend I decided to superglue it cause I wanna wear my watch. Wednesday at like 4:50pm i get the response basically “that sucks, send us your Amazon receipt and we’ll send the new parts, no charge.” Cool, send a couple screenshots and ask if that works…. 5 days now, no communication, broke right next to superglue, fixed again, broke pin retainer on case, glued again, think i need to return to Amazon while i can. This is horrible cust. sup. And frankly a shotty case to begin with for its price point

Don't waste your time
I purchased this because it looked like my Oakley watch. I really liked the look but didn't even get to wear it once. The small "screw" broke as I installed the watch into the main assembly. I followed the instructions to contact the seller for a resolution but after waiting the allotted 3 business days, have still not heard back from them. It's too bad because it does look cool, maybe I should have paid attention to all the other 1 star reviews describing this cheaply made piece...I can see how the durability may come into question.

Waste of money
The media could not be loaded. Â The band looks awesome and has a good weight but they cheaper out on the case and made of plastic. Breaks very easily. Will not recommend or buy again. Band can not be used with another case so it is useless now. Total waste of money

Overpriced Poorly Designed Crap.
I purchased two of these, thinking it was a fluke on the first one. Nope. Both pieces had the same issue. When you get the watch it is sized so that a giant could wear it. That being said you are forced to remove several of the links for it to fit correctly. The problem is that the links are made up of these chintzy little bolts with threads that are less than a 16th of an inch in diameter so when you put any kind of atorque on them at all even moderately it snaps the little bolt right off. Element-$200 for a piece of junk like this is just highway robbery. Do better.
