When a screwdriver is a key
I had problems with this rack before I even got it out of the box, which had come open in transit and the keys were missing.The supplier sent a replacement set of caps, but the keys didn't fit the original end caps, so what to do?Oh, no problems, they said, they come of easily with the aid of a small screwdriver. Apparently they had put this to the test.I wasn't prepared to try this , since any damage I caused would mess up my option of a refund, which I went for instead.The thing is, if it's as easy to get the ends off as was claimed, the locks are pointless and the racks aren't secure.The racks looked ok otherwise, but I can't comment on their function since they were never used.
