Will this fit my 2006 Ford F-350 king ranch for front grille

I doubt it would without some modification on the mounting. This is for the tailgate for an F150 (mine is a 2011) and has a couple of pin bosses on the back for aligning into the hole sin the tailgate. It fastens with double sided foam tape already in place.

I have a 2009 F150 Platinum, will this fit my front grill?

i dont think it will. i think the grille changed after 2008. I have a 2006 and it fits perfectly.

Is this an adhesive only and will it fit a 2013 F-150 FX4?

Yes it has adhesive backing. And yes it should fit the 2013 F-150

This says it does not fit my 2007 ford f-150 xlt. the measurements are the same and i dont have a backup camera. why does amazon say it does not fit?

It might say that it doesn’t fit because of the tits on the back might not match the holes on the tailgate for a 2007, but it also has a adhesive on the back also, I purchased one for a 2011 f150, I’d give it a try, you can always send it back
