Dissolves easily and no taste
This dissolves in my coffee when I stir it in and it has no taste so is a perfect soluble fiber for my needs. Guar gum is one of the good types of fiber for gut health according to a gastroenterologist that I follow so I feel this is a good product to use.

Gently works, dietician recommended, tasteless!!
This product is highly recommended. I usually go (#2) once every week (my normal). This product has made me regular after continued daily use. I have taken this every day, once a day for almost a month. Normally I'm constipated with most fiber solutions. This product mixes extremely well, and is tasteless to me. Other fiber products work for a couple days and then I'm constipated. I was recommended to try this from my dietician. I'm so very grateful I found something to FINALLY work. This is a great price compared to other brands. It's very gentle for me. I don't get bad cramps. Highly recommend.

Good quality
This is a good fiber. It doesn’t get gummy and has zero flavor. I mix it in my yogurt in the morning and you cannot tell that it’s in there, it doesn’t change the taste or texture. A very easy way to get more fiber in!
