I take vitamin D3 tablets during the autumn and winter months as we get relatively little sunshine in Wales during those months and so vitamin D is probably deficient. From the scientific literature vitamin D is important in helping prevent respiratory infections during the winter. With the Covid situation as it is, and the flu season looming, I think this is now particularly important.These tablets from VO2 are high strength, and small - so very easy to take. I also take a magnesium tablet at the same time as an activator.They come in a resealable no-nonsense foil pouch, so that should keep them in perfect condition.All in all I am very pleased with these tablets from VO2, and they were also a very good price.Recommended if you care about your health.

I have purchased these before, and will continue to do so. These D3 tablets are called micro tablets for a reason….they are tiny. I compared the price of these to the same strength at a local well known health food shop, and the price I paid here is much better. Delivery was within 2 days, in a secure package. As these are in a pouch, not a bottle, they were easily posted through the letterbox, I just decant them into a bottle for storage.

We bought these for MIL ,who is 94 because we are concerned about Covid and wanted to give her immune system help. For some time she has complained of aches across her shoulders and her skin was very thin and prone to infection. We gave her a pill twice a day with food. The pains have gone and she looks very much better. ( She sounds 20 years younger on the phone) I am surprised that the NHS have not rolled out this pill for people.

I have taken vitamin D over the winter months for the past couple of years and have seen the benefit to my bones as I suffer with arthritis in my knee. Since taking Vitamin D along with glucosamine my arthritis doesn't bother me during the winter months as previously. It's not for everyone but it certainly helped me
