Lefties beware!
I was personally hoping to find a new surface for ink drawings, so I tested some of these and was surprised by what they will stick to.Double sided, one specifically for dry-erase markers, which I could imagine would be more useful with the larger pads. Not so much with the smaller ones because once a corner is bent or curled from sticking and re-sticking, the rest of the paper is too small to support itself. The slightest curl effects the cling factor - if you warp it or fold it, forget it. There won't be a flat surface large enough to cling. The notes themselves feel very neat, like the wrapping on pop bottles (obsessive label-peeler here). Have you ever peeled a label off a water bottle and stuck it to your face? It's like that. The other downfall, at least for this lefty, is that it takes a long time for ink to dry (on the other side of the note). Sharpies are best because they dry quick, but ink from ballpoint pens smudges easily and won't completely dry for an hour or so at least. Ink from gel pens and highlighters will still be wet days later! So be mindful of the types of pens you use. I accidently smudged a note when applying it to the wall and transferred ink onto the wall. Oopsie-daisy! Also, pencils are a no go. Not even expensive, highly pigmented colored pencils, if you were wondering. Rub a little alcohol into one and watch it transform into a metallic looking shine. That might have some artistic merit. Surely, something can be done with this material besides notes and labels. I'll think of something!Overall, I think they are pretty neat and I can see all sorts of office uses.

Nice idea, not sure it'll replace my pack of sticky notes
The media could not be loaded. Kindly sent to me for review these Magnetic Notes come in a variety of sizes and colours. On first glance the yellow coloured notes could easily be mistaken for the humble Post-It note, but when you take them out of the pack you soon realise something is very different about these. For starters they tend to remain a solid block, you can't easily leaf through them as the charge keeps them stuck together.Write on the note, peel it off, and then find a flat surface and you'll see how the Magnetic Note sticks completely flat. To be clear, although these are called Magnetic Notes, they don't need a metal surface to stick to. As you'll see in the review video a single note was stuck to a laptop screen, a glass window, a wall, a wooden door and clothing (handy for the classic 'kick me' sign perhaps?!).One thing to note is that they're really nice to write on, similar to Parax Stone paper I've previously reviewed. On the reverse is a white surface which can be used like a whiteboard. Using the same pens as a whiteboard you can write on the white surface and, like a whiteboard, the writing can be erased and the note used again. The Magnetic Notes stick to surfaces on either side so you can have a range of them stuck to a wall, some on the reusable side, some on the coloured side.Reaction to use of the notes varied, some people loved them, others were not impressed. In part that's to do with them not always being as quick and easy to use as the humble sticky note. In an office environment sticky notes are perfect for use on monitors, whereas Magnetic Notes proved to be rather hit and miss, if they only had part of a surface to stick to they often wouldn't.Some of the notes also didn't seem to work too well after being stuck to several surfaces which meant some people became rather frustrated and switched back to the tried and tested sticky note. These are certainly an interesting take on note taking stationary, with the reusable whiteboard style surface a bonus, and while some people were amazed by them and others didn't like them the third option was indifference about them. The notes are a nice product, but as someone who works in an office they're a solution to a problem I don't have, and once they run out I'll likely just reach for a pack of classic sticky notes without any thought to ordering more Magnetic Notes.

important! use one sheet only! They are thin if you peel off three sheets instead of one you will have problems
Peel off one sheet only after already writing what you wanted on it. They are super thin, and if you peel of more than one at a time it will not stick and you will be P$$$$$ off. Now that that slight drama is over I'm pretty happy with them. The instructions do say this btw :P its just very very thin plastic. You will want a sharpie to write on these.
