I use these fairly often from muffins to cupcakes to egg muffin. They work with anything and easily pop inside out to remove the food. They cook evenly, just put them on a sheet pan to make it easier getting in and out of oven.

These are not true cylinders, they are wider at the top than at the bottom, even more so than a normal muffin would be.

I bake a lot, and these clean up so easily and I don’t need paper liners! Takes no time to fill and bake and very little clean up.

Shipping was very fast, and these are GREAT silicone jumbo muffin pans. The can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 446 degrees Fahrenheit (we would never use them at temperatures over 400, since most baking and cooking is done at even lower temperatures than that.) They're also great for microwave use (we use them to cook eggs in, and egg+ham (or bacon)+cheese "muffins" that can be made in batches and then frozen for use as a quick breakfast later. And, we also use them in the freezer (to freeze individual-sized portions of pasta sauce and other sauces that we want to freeze for future use.) IMPORTANT TIP: If using these in the freezer, it's a good idea to put a small plastic tray underneath them for more stability (it's easy to find these kind of trays in the right size for very cheap), and when using them in the oven, it's probably best to put them on top of a baking sheet. These muffin pans are much thicker than I expected--much thicker than any of the other brands that I've seen, and are therefore also much sturdier than other brands of silicone muffin pans. In fact, if you are carrying these filled from the kitchen counter to the microwave for cooking, you don't really need to put anything under them for stability, as long as you hold them by both ends with you index fingers extended under the pan on both sides for extra support. Food is so easy to remove from these, since they are flexible and non-stick, and you also don't have to use oil with them, since silicone is naturally non-stick. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE.

The directions said that the cooking time would be slightly longer than metal or glass pans. I make the same muffins every week and they took almost 15 minutes longer. I think they could’ve cooked longer yet. I’m not really happy with them.

First it’s not all silicone it did not pass the pinching test!! Second they are not regular Texas size , I tried two different muffins recipes and both stick to it , even if I wait the muffins are cold, they brake because the way it is built . Cheap stuff you don’t pay a lot so you get crap! I was hopping to find a environmental replacement to paper muffins mould but not with this !

Really enjoying these muffin pans. Easy to clean, easy to get the muffins out. Way better than my old metal one.

No dislikes, but that's what I expected when purchased. Get rid of those horrible metal ones, these are just the ticket.
