Works great
Due to spinal stenosis, sitting is painful. This cushion helps a bunch. Love it.

What I wanted Firm
I just got my cushion. It's very firm which is what I wanted. I got a 3" and probably should have gotten 2" because it raised my feet off the floor. It may settle in with time but it's not like memory foam. I didn't want memory foam because I was afraid it would smash down too much. And it doesn't slide around which I've read was a concern for some folks.

Very firm and not returnable!
This seat was bought for my mother who has been having some pain while sitting. She was looking for a seat cushion that would be softer to sit on than a regular chair. This is not it. Be aware that this cushion may be supportive, but it is very firm. To the point of discomfort - at least for an older person who may have less “cushion” down there. Also, we were not able to return it since we opened the plastic to have my mom try it out. So now I’m stuck with a useless cushion and I’m out $30. I’m not sure why other companies allow returns and this one doesn’t, but I would never order from here again because of this policy.

Well made, but too hard.
Everything about this cushion is good. Well made but it's just too hard to be comfortable on this big guy's hips. Almost like sitting on a wood seat.

COMFORTABLE . . . if you're in a wheel chair all day
Very supportive of my bad BACK when I have to use a wheelchair because of a foot that needed a second surgery due to the failure of a graft and hardware. Hold its shape and remains supportive for many hours (especially compared to famous name-brand (in handicapped equipment, etc.) cushion on Amazon that had an almost identical description and turned into a pancake in almost no time and was thus very uncomfortable!NOTE: I made an additional zippered (canvas) cover for it because I live with dogs and the black cover held onto dog hair (but did not necessarily attract it). Hope this helps . . . Bark, Bow-Wow, etc.
