UwantC Mens Faux Felt Western Cowboy Hat Fedora Outdoor Wide Brim Hat with Strap White

This hat is definitely NOT "One Size Fits All" 😒😠😡😡 It has no sweatband and is too big for my head (I know from other hats that I wear a size 7 1/8) Canadian Tire sells something similar for around $20 undiscovered, so this hat is definitely over priced. Too much hassle to return it at my expense, so will just order some sizing tape strips and make do. The adage about "you get what you pay for" certainly holds true in this case. 😒🙄🙄🙄🙄

I got this for our country music band that has a quasi military theme and so this is similar to a Calvary soldiers hat with the gold braid so that is why I bought it, the hat is ok as a stage item, but it is pretty cheap and thin for a felt hat, but didn't pay much. I wear a 7-1/2 hat, and this hat is tight, but wearable.

*Perfect* cheap cowboy hat for a costume. Not a straw hat, not made of stiff plastic, actually made of a great material, AMAZING. Absolutely perfect for the price point, just what I was looking for and had given up hope of finding after literal hours searching for an affordable cowboy hat for a costume.HOWEVER... my hat was crammed into a box *way* too small, which put a serious crimp in the brim, and the hat was sewn unevenly so the front-center of the hat is about two or three inches off from the front-center of the brim. I guess you get what you pay for, so the quality can't be expected to be too high, but this was a disappointing detail. I imagine these are mass-produced on the cheap and some end up perfectly aligned and others don't. You can see in my attached photo how crooked the crown is versus the brim.Had it not been for this I'd have given it a 5-star for sure.

The other reviews are right to say the crown of the hat is slightly off center (it's not super noticeable), but you get what you pay for. I got it for a western-themed event, and it served its purpose. It's a cute hat, decent quality, and I'll be wearing it in the future, but it's not for serious ranchers (look into Stetson if you're willing to pay for high quality).

Great hat. People loved complimenting me on this hat as I wore it in Santa Fe NM. It will get you a few glares in SFO but that's OK, southerners will still give you compliments. Spontaneous compliments over a three-day period walking around downtown included:"Hey buddy, nice hat!""I like your hat""I like your hat sir""Great hat. You have a good night there sir""Hey, that's a good hat man! You look like a Real cowboy""Wow, where did you get that hat"It also will put you on eye contact and nodding terms with any scraggly looking bearded dudes, both transients, cowboys, men with trucks, workers, and just your average manly guy in the street.I found that if you wear this hat with a white shirt, boots, and mirrored aviators, you may get some foul looks. On the other hand, police officers usually started saying hi in the street.What I disliked about the hat: I ordered 60 for a promo event and they all came individually boxed. The receiving hotel was none too pleased.
