Hush Puppies Men's Grover Ankle Boot

Lovely and comfortable boots, soft leather and light on the feet.

Insoles don’t seem to be very good as I have walked them through in less than 6 months. This makes them fairly uncomfortable for extended wear. Uppers are great.

They have the brand name and the quality of the leather upper right but the sole of the boot and the main reason for many in buying them IS NOT fit for purpose.I bought these to replace an older pair from the same brand which, after a good number of years, had finally been deemed as worn-out and redefinesd as being "my gardening shoes." A measure of how good the old pair of Hush Puppies were. ( I think I must have had between 4 to 6 years use out of them. )I found and bought these Grover Ankle Boots towards the end of January 2022 arrrived first week in February.It is now mid April and they are knackered. I have not worn them every day or walked the length and breadth of the country in them.The soles have completely worn through to the cell like air pocket structure below rendering them useless in under 10 weeks. The uppers still look great but what is the point in that if they no longer perform the function they were purchased to do?

Not much support in the shoes

They look good and are comfortable. Though they do seem to be a bit loose fitting, however as I have an arthritic ankle and have to wear an ankle brace so the left boot fits perfect and with an inner sole in my right boot they fit perfectly . I'm very happy.

ik dacht dat ik een kwaliteits schoen gekocht had...NB Hush Puppies genaamd maar ze dusdanig van slechte kwaliteit dat er al na 3 weken gaten in de zolen zaten....nog nooit meegemaakt...zeer teleurgesteld nu maar proberen om mijn geld terug te krijgen...
