First time using. Let turkey soak for about 12 hours overnight. Smoked the turkey with no other seasoning and it came out juicy and had lots of flavor. Everyone loved it.

I typically make brine from scratch and decided to try this product. 2.5 cups in 3 gallons water in brining bag with 10.5 pound organic turkey. Washed off and smoked on Traeger wood pellet grill at 225* for about 6 hours. Best turkey ever! Moist with great flavor.

Best brine I’ve used

Brined for 12 hours. Turkey still came out juicy, but was not spicy. Placing as a 3 star, because it was bought on a purpose of being spicy, and it failed. But the brine still kept the turkey moist. If the rating was for moisture and price, would rate a 4, not a 5 due to price.

Good flavor when you figure out how much to add to your brine. Flavor is subjective but there is a learning curve to figure out how much to use. No instructions or guidelines on the package nor the website. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5th star.

This made the best turkey I’ve ever made and I have made tons. Some I’ve worked so hard on and this was so easy. Just put turkey, brine mix, water in a bag and put in fridge overnight. Dry, let sit 1 hour, garlic butter inside bird, and under and on top of skin.

We used this for our Thanksgiving turkey this year and the turkey turned out great. I replaced part of the water added with apple juice to sweeten it up and the flavor turned out really nice. The turkey stayed really moist, and we received a lot of compliments. I would definitely repurchase for next year.
