Not too hard
My daughter has Autism and likes to mouth items. I have tried other chewies but I like these the best. My daughter usually prefers the hollow chewies rather than the solid ones because they are more chewy. This one is solid but seems to be softer and chewier than the other solid ones so she seems to like this one because she can bite down into it more.

Great Product for aggressive chewers.
My son has autism and needs the oral stimulation. We have tried so many different bar and and shapes and These by far are the best we have found. He is a very aggressive chewer so they only last a few weeks but that is still better than the others we have tried.

My kid can’t chew through this one!
I have a little one that has PICA and Autism. He has destroyed many toys and other chewies but this thing is holding up! He has Hulk strength and usually takes seconds to tear something apart but not this. It has been stretched, pulled, bitten, and chewed like crazy and still looks new.

Not for aggressive chewers
My 4.5 yo son has autism and has strong oral sensory input seeking behaviour. He's an aggressive chewer and really puts chewies to the test. He was able to bite small chunks off of this product in about 2 weeks of use. Recommended for light chewers or occasional use. The best part of this is that there are two in the package, which is nice, but doesn't really matter if they don't last.
