Great addition to my kitchen
Nice knife, it comes well packaged with tip protection. the blade is straight and relatively sharp but not razor sharp look like great workmanship on the blad but upon close inspection the knifes handle has not been fished off very well, the wood handle is open grain making it feel rough and unfinished with small splints sticking out fortunately I work with wood so I used a 3/1 beeswax and mineral oil mix and buffed it into the wood to give it a nice smooth finish and a tacky feel but at this price point i shouldn't have to be doing that yet 🤔

Expensive but Fantastic Quality Knife
Bought for my daughters Christmas present. Very well made knife. Expensive, but great quality. Extremely sharp.
