I love these wrenches
I love these wrenches. The reversible jaw works great for small screw piping. I received a 10" for Christmas and have since bought a 10" and a 6" for work. After using these wrenches my coworkers have gone on to buy their own. A bonus with these wrenches is that the jaws open slightly wider than standard adjustable wrenches. I can use a 10" on a standard 1" hex bushing/plug. This is a very versatile tool, great grip, great finish (I use the black ones) If I am ever able to stock a home shop I will own one of every size they sell. I am thoroughly impressed with this product and I recommend you order one. Start with a smaller one if you don't believe me but you will not be disappointed after the first time you flip the jaw and take off a collar without having to get a pipewrench.

This is the gold standard of crecent wrenches!
I am a Marine Engineer working in the engine room of a container ship. I am wrenching on machinery everyday and this wrench is the biggest and most important tool in my pocket. I've been amazed at the torque this wrench can handle and of course the bolts I've been able to break loose. The pipe wrench side of it works excellent too as long as the teeth are clean. The hole in the end is great for turning c-clamps and other small round objects that need turning. The wrench has some weight to it so it's come in handy as a hammer on more than one occasion as well. Just be careful not to use the pipe wrench teeth, the removable jaw, or the grove the jaw slides as your hammer face. If you do you might have to get the file out to repair a couple of dings to allow the jaw to move freely again. The 10" wrench fits nicely in your back pocket but is about the biggest size you can carry safely. This wrench served me good for 8 solid years and and would have for at least another 8 but, unfortunately, I lost it last week. It was a very sad day. Here I am wasting no time to buy a new one.

The Only Adjustable Wrench That I Use
I've used Bahco wrenches and tools for over 15 years. They are well constructed and perfect for everyday use every where from container ships to oil rigs to around the house. This is the only adjustable wrench that is in my tool box. The only reason for purchasing this one was to replace my old one that was stolen.

Perfect backup!
I'm a Ammonia refrigeration service tech and work with a lot of schedule 80 pipe and fittings for pumpouts and other basic service and this guy is awesome! I mostly use it as a backup wrench for both bolts and pipe that way I only have to carry one other adjustable and one regular pipe wrench so it lightens my pockets on the run. It gets in some tighter spots better than normal pipe wrenches but beware the pipe wrench side is better for holding than using like a standard pipe wrench. When it bites into the pipe it doesn't let go quite as easily. Also bites into all-thread like a pitbull and if exposed enough can grab rounded off bolt heads, nuts and flare fittings. I use it everyday and LOVE IT!!

The pipe wrench teeth are fine teeth compared to a regular pipe wrench
My first BAHCO two in one wrench was the 12" version and lasted many years of abuse using a pipe on the end for more leverage. The pipe wrench teeth are fine teeth compared to a regular pipe wrench, and leave nasty slivers so be careful. Other than that it grips well. Like any other pipe wrench, use it only for piping or like metals but not on hardened materials or the fine teeth can get damaged easily. I give this 8-Inch version 5 stars because it is actually more tight than the 12 inch version, very little slop in the adjustment. I liked this wrench enough to get the 6"- 8"- and 12".

Must have tool
This adjustable wrench can improvise as a small pipe wrench to fit in areas regular pipe wrenches may not. This wrench may be obstructed because of the flip jaw design. I love the feel of the grip and overall hard to beat value for less than $30USD.-Made in Spain-Roughly 12mm jaw thickness-Worm screw thread engages very smoothly-I chose to deburr and smooth some rough/sharp edges, it wasn't necessary

Great wrench for daily use
Very nice! Well made. I work at a power plant and use it every day. I was sceptical about the pipe wrench actually working, but it works amazingly well. The only possible downside that I see is because it has a reversable jaw the wrench is a little more clumsy in tight places (the treading on jaw protrudes up and down so that it can be adjusted with jaw in either orientation)

Works great
I love these bahco wrenches. Its not often that you need a small pipe wrench, but when you do, you'll be glad that your adjustable is a convertible. I am very happy with the quality of this wrench. I've gotten it wet (salt water) on many occasions and as long as you spray of off with fresh water and oil it, it will keep on working.

Order the chrome
Just became my go to wrench everyday at work. But any I do not use the pipe wrench side at all. Doesn’t work as well as I had hoped. Ordered some more of these in different sizes but without the pipe wrench option.*UPDATED*-After a few months with it, I can confirm that the pipe wrench option is useless. Also, this this is pretty much garbage thanks to just a little bit of water. I can confirm that the chrome variations are MUCH better. Do yourself a favour and order the chrome.

Best wrench you will ever buy.
The only reason why I purchased this is because I lost my last one that I had for seven years. All my crescent wrenches are made by this manufacture and they last and work beautifully. My other ones I have had for 10 years and they have never let me down. The pipe wrench future makes these so versatile and they open wider than most wrenches twice their size.

As usual, the service from Amazon was top notch. The wrench is a high quality addition to anytool kit or pouch---especially for someone who works on a variety of equipment/systems in avariety of situations.

Decent
For the price it's decent and having the pipe wrench capability it's worth it to me but it could have gone a bit bigger to make it more useful (max open is 1")
