Students were excited to use these crayons
My daughter is a new elementary school teacher in a school with diverse ethnicities. The first day her students completed a 'getting to know you' handout. They drew and colored a picture of themselves. They kids were excited to use the crayons and asked if they could keep them.

Best Crayola product in years!
We bought these for an elementary school in our neighborhood. Our teacher friends said these crayons are so important for the diversity of the students. Many had never had colors that matched their skin tones before.

Awesome
Such a great product that allows kids to accurately color the skin tone of themselves, their family & friends. I donated this box to my daughter’s classroom and the teacher was very happy. As always, Crayola crayons color better and last longer than any other brand.

The kids loved it!
I bought these for my friends students. They finally were able to color pictures with the skin tones that matches them and not yellow/orange crayons.

Best Crayola Assortment EVER!
This is the best Crayola assortment of crayons EVER! I love it! There are so many shades of skin tones. As a former teacher, I hated that there were so few options for skin tones. While this set may not have every possible skin color, it offers a large selection that most children will be able to find something close to their color. As for the quality, Crayola crayons are the best and these are as expected. I hope teachers everywhere make these available to their students!

Realistic art projects
When I was a child, there was a "flesh"crayon that was a pretty good representation of my skin. It didn't work for other skin colors, though. We used colors like "burnt Sienna" and "mahogany," but it still felt like an insult. Now, Crayola makes lots of skin tones, with names like "deepest almond" and "extra light almond." Other color families include "rose" and "golden."Kids not only have the range of colors to represent their own world, but the names don't suggest that one of those shades is a human skin tone and the rest re not.

Received markers, not crayons, but they are great...
I was expecting crayons but received a variety of skin tone markers. I really like the variety and I love that these colors are not only in crayons, but markers as well. There is a decent variety of shades and the tubes show the color inside. These are everything you would expect from the high quality Crayola brand and I am so pleased to see this line recognizing the variety of skin tones.

Package not as pictured
The boxes of crayons did not come in the large box as pictured. They came as 20 individual boxes. Not the end of the world, but disappointing since this was an item on my students teacher wishlist.
