Does NOT come with a DVD drive
This does not come with a CD/DVD drive as advertised. I discussed this with the suppler and they gave me a choice of full refund or a partial refund to help me buy an external drive.

Microphone is not good
I have talked to other Dell users too and find that this is a universal problem. Some say that there's an IT glitch between Microsoft and the Dell microphone, I don't know, but when I am on Zoom -- which I have to do for my business -- people tell me I am muffled or I go in and out. It's not the signal, as we have the highest Spectrum internet and I always have five bars. So I now have to put in an external speaker and change the sound setup. I wish I had known this was a problem or I wouldn't have purchased this laptop.

Laptop that arrived was not as advertised
The photo of this laptop shows what looks to be a DVD or CD drive. And, the description says DVD-RW. This is one of the features that I was very much counting on. Yet, when the laptop arrived, there was no such feature. I phoned customer support only to get an automated response, suggesting I return the item. I would most liked to have spoken to someone about arranging an exchange for the laptop as it was advertised. Can't get there from here, it seems.

Made the mistake of saying I’d be fine with either a PC of Mac when I started my new job, and ended up with this 5 lb piece of garbage. Battery life is about an hour. Screen is nearly as large as the biggest MacBook Pro you can buy, but has lower resolution than any MacBook in any size for the last 10 years. Screen colors are also so bad that you have to keep tilting the screen to see distinction between similar colors. Won’t run Photoshop. I never realized how annoying it is to have a keyboard that isn’t backlit until I started using this laptop. 70% of the price of a MacBook Pro 13”, but probably 3% of the quality.
