Took 1 bottle could not tell a difference maybe need to take longer.This is a good company as I take thier blood pressue product 8 bottles.

I had a noticeable decrease in my anxiety, and my overall mood is better. My ability to tolerate stress appears to have improved. I am less stressed out by traffic and horrible drivers, a definite plus. I am sleeping better, my cognitive processes do seem a bit better, although my energy level is about the same.
